Arched galleries, warm-coloured façades and a large courtyard pool define Saint George Palace in Sveti Vlas. Buying here means choosing the surroundings as well as the apartment: the outlook, access to the courtyard and the seasonal rhythm matter alongside the floor plan.

Inside the complex

The photographs show the pool, seating areas, planted grounds and shared spaces. Hotel services and owners’ entitlements are different arrangements. We check access, opening hours and paid services for the individual apartment; a hotel facility is not automatically included in its maintenance fee.

Our selection includes a 55 m² apartment on floor 1 for €60,999, with a separate sleeping area and an exit towards the inner grounds. The offer states approximately 300 m to the sea, Act 16 and annual maintenance of €550. There are steps at the entrance, which should be considered for longer stays or a permanent move.
