Rose Gardens, Pomorie — beachside apartments and a green courtyard

Rose Gardens combines a beachside location with living in Pomorie itself. The sea is around 50 m away and the town centre roughly 500 m. Its landscaped courtyard provides a place to spend time close to the apartment between the beach and town walks.

Experience the grounds in person

The operator lists two outdoor pools, a garden, sunbathing terrace, children’s space and restaurant. Light-coloured facades and broad balconies frame the buildings. Pools and some services run seasonally. We check owner access and included services for the selected apartment.

Pomorie for longer stays

The town is part of the buying decision: shopping, walking routes and daily errands complement the beach. For relocation, we compare winter services, heating and the apartment layout. Pomorie’s balneo and spa facilities are a separate part of the town; their access and prices are not automatically covered by apartment maintenance.

Rose Gardens includes studios and apartments with separate bedrooms. Views, balcony orientation, condition and furnishings vary. A studio may suit one person or a couple; for families we compare area and room separation. For letting, we assess the total budget, seasonality and management.
