The shore and grounds

The complex is in Aheloy at the river mouth. Its official description notes a narrow beach without lifeguards. There are two outdoor pools with children’s areas and water slides.

Facilities and ownership terms

Fitness facilities and restaurants add to the holiday setting. Hotel amenities are not automatically included in a private apartment’s maintenance fee. We will check the management agreement, seasonal opening and owner access before purchase. Parking is available but spaces are limited; a dedicated space should not be assumed with every apartment.
