Pools and planted areas sit between the buildings. The operator lists seasonal outdoor pools, a year-round indoor pool and SPA facilities. Check access, opening hours and additional charges for the apartment you choose; hotel packages do not automatically establish an owner’s entitlement.

Choosing the right apartment

Look closely at where the windows and balcony face: the pool, greenery and neighbouring buildings offer different outlooks. If you work with the windows open or rest during the day, listen to the courtyard during a viewing. The internal layout and storage space also matter for longer stays.

SPA access and annual costs

Maintenance charges depend on the property. For the 50 m² apartment priced at €100,000, the confirmed fee is €21/m² a year, totalling €1,050. This does not establish free use of every SPA service. We will clarify what is included before purchase.
