Garden of Eden in Sveti Vlas — apartments by the sea

Low-rise buildings with tiled roofs, paths through planted courtyards and the sea at the edge of the grounds define Garden of Eden in Sveti Vlas. It is worth considering if you want your own apartment for holidays or longer stays in a green seaside setting.

Gardens and the shoreline

The outdoor spaces are spread across several courtyards, with open-air pools near the buildings and paths running between the trees. Views open out over the sea along the shoreline. The grounds have changes in level, so walking the route from an individual apartment to the beach is a useful part of a viewing. Green hills rise above the development.

Facilities and maintenance terms

Garden of Eden includes privately owned apartments and a hotel section. The presence of restaurants, pools and shared spaces does not establish identical access terms for every owner.
