Lozenets and nearby Tsarevo

Lozenets is a coastal village in Tsarevo municipality, approximately seven kilometres from the municipal centre. It is a separate settlement, not a neighbourhood of Sozopol. Regular trips to Tsarevo therefore belong in a buyer’s plans.

Families, working residents and retirees have different priorities. Where will you shop, which doctor can you reach and how will school or work journeys fit your day? Check those routes from the particular apartment, including outside the summer transport season.

Choosing a position near the beach

An apartment in the central village and one by Oasis Bay provide different starting points. The centre offers proximity to village streets and meeting places; at Oasis, the beach and development’s grounds take a larger role. The actual route to the water and the apartment’s orientation matter more than the location name alone.

A beachfront development does not give every apartment a sea view. Outlook, neighbouring buildings, privacy and practical terrace space should be assessed together during a viewing.

A second home or a permanent address?

Separate bedrooms, storage and usable outdoor space make longer stays different from a short hotel visit. Year-round living also depends on heating, winter building operation, utilities and transport. Summer opening hours for restaurants and leisure facilities do not describe the winter routine.
